"This fully renovated Victorian hotel is a rare gem. The stained glass and intricately cut mouldings are gorgeous. The dining room is outstanding. I could imagine eating in there in the 1800's. The garden area in front was also lovely. We ate in the restaurant there, and the food and service was excellent. I felt like a queen at this place. The only thing I would change would be the nude artwork above our bed. Be sure to take time for some tea and scones."

"Check-in was excellent. , very helpful . My fault we had a basic room which did not have any wardrobes or any hanging space apart from two hooks on the door. Lovely lounge and pool table room very atmospheric . On our first evening the hotel arrange for wine tasting which was fabulous . We found the car park was not 100% use a friendly due to the severe access slope and the tightness of the car park so all the time (three nights ) at least two parking brakes were unusable We were on a bed...

"Modern and tidy with good basic supplies needed for an overnight stay. Clean bedding and towels. It was good to have tea supplied. Had a bit of a musty or carpet smell when first walked in. But after we turned airconditioning on, it went away or we just got used to it. Access to Netflix and YouTube was good to have, little bit laggy but got there in the end. Parking was tight, car was scratched when parked. Possibly by luggage movement by neighbouring vehicles. Windows don't lock. A few...
