"When we checked in we made sure to book a shuttle for our early flight with the nice young man who checked us in (the main reason we chose this hotel). Also we were told we could buy a coffee at that time. When we arrived in the lobby at 4:45am, the young man on the desk said we were not booked on the shuttle and we could not have coffee. We were panicking we would miss our flight. I politely told him we 100% booked a shuttle and said it was very important we got on it.
