"Close to the airport"

"I booked this hotel for two nights to be close to the airport. The staff is very kind. The room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. No smell. Great little kitchenette with fridge.The hotel is located in an industrial zone, about 1 km walk from Caroline Aigle tram stop that will bring you directly into Bordeaux. Tickets are currently 1,80 € and can be purchased from a dispensing machine at each stops. The walking distance to the airport is 1,6 km or 1 mile. Cons- I couldn't figure...

"Good location around 15 minutes walk from Place de La Bourse. The hotel is clean, comfortable and you know what you’re getting - it’s fine for the price. Parking an extra €20 euros but car park is secure and on site. "

"Very decent hotel. Clean, recently renovated, great shower, and good climate control. Friendly staff. The hotel is in a mostly light industrial area with very few dining options, especially Sun-Mon."

" Lots of character and great location. We arrived a couple of hours before the official check in time but were able to do on arrival and our room was ready and available. One or 2 minor niggles with the room: insufficient power plugs for charging’phone and tablet; loose toilet seat and no explexar in the bathroom, which as there was no window, meant that towels didn’t dry"

"It was clean and modern, quite basic, very convenient for an early flight from Bordeaux Merignac. There are several restaurants within walking distance and one in the hotel itself. Only quibble is lack of zero alcohol beer in the bar. "

"Hotel was clean but twin room was very small and a bit tired. No wash basin in toilet. The breakfast was comprehensive and good value, good bar and restaurant facilities. Best of all were the staff, all very helpful and friendly. We'd definitely stay again but pay a little more for a bigger room. "

"One night stopover en route to Portugal. The hotel is easily found and not far from the main route down to northern Spain. Lots of parking. Good service at reception and a nice room, very clean and comfortable. Excellent dinner in the restaurant and a nice breakfast that set us up for the next days travel. Lovely staff, all very helpful and very service oriented. Would definitely recommend."

"Nice hotel, evidently recently refurbished. I arrived on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed for dinner - I wouldn’t have stayed had I realised that (the web site say there is a restaurant but evidently it is not open every day), and won’t next time - there was nowhere open within walking distance."
