"Beautiful new hotel in quaint setting on the river. Great breakfast, very convenient and close for a visit to Auschwitz. No need to stay in Krakow. Food at the surrounding local restaurants was excellent as well. "

"Property is located in the heart of Katowice. A lot of restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes nearby. You can find very good food in hotel’s restaurant. Must try a beer which they produced in mini brewery located in their restaurant!"

Above all, part of the car park does not belong to the hotel, which you could read only on small grey tables, barely readable in the dark. I was not that about that at the reception.Eventough I have asked about it and had to pay 300 PLN for the parking then. And there was not another car park space Thaswhy I do not recomend to stay again."

"The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were spotless, and the little tea/coffee area was very helpful. I don’t know if the people in the room above me were practicing a gymnastics routine or testing basketball inflation, but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the surrounding guests can be heard. "The hotel has a parking place, but it is very narrow. And it is not free. They will let you know about that only after you drive in from the gate and take a receipt that you need to show in the reception. English of the receptionist was well enough. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Bed was horrible, because it was way too soft. Someone might like it though. Wi-Fi worked fine. I have been to several ibis Styles hotels in Poland and so far this was the worst."

"The room was spacious, more than average. However, the shower was not clean. I picked the feet towel and it had hair underneath. Shower floor had mold."

"We had a great time visiting this property. The room did what we needed it to do, and the apartment was very well equipped. The dining options weren't too great locally, but we were fine with that as we just went to Netto as we self-catered - which is across from the McDonalds and Energylandia. The room had a lot of the local wildlife in it when we arrived, but I think that was more that it was an incredibly hot day and the windows had to be opened by staff. It meant that the room was cool,...

"Breakfast every day the same, nothing special could be better, not a lot of choices. Very nice and friendly staff. In our room was a wired smell from the shower. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. From the airport shuttle, to the friendliness of staff and guests, the place was convenient to the Auschwitz Birkenau Museum and the town itself has greenways and parks which I enjoyed immensely. I would stay here again."

"Hotellet ligger dårligt, Servicen er rigtig dårlig, morgenmaden stå ude og er dårlig. Der var ingen vand på hotellet de sidste 24 timer af opholdet. Hvilket hotellet ikke ville kompensere, så vi kunne ikke gå i bad eller bruge wc´et Vi blev henvist til et andet hotel for at gå i bad, som vi selv måtte betale for. "
