"L'hotel è centrale e comodo al centro storico di Mulhouse e all'esterno appare come un bel palazzotto. Internamente rivela invece una struttura che, per quanto decorosa, necessita di un urgente svecchiamento generale (in camera mobilio di diversi stili e tutti obsoleti).
Segnaliamo alla proprietà/gestore di fare attenzione al particolare: ragnatele al soffitto, polvere decisamente importante sotto il letto, fodere del giro letto usurate).

"Really nice place to use as a base. Location is perfect for exploring Basel. Facilities were clean and perfectly functional for our needs.
The breakfast was ample, with a good variety of fresh food and drinks. There is a bit of a walk from reception to the room but not excessive and does involve a couple of flights of stairs. Breakfast is on the 8th floor which you can get to by lift. From here you have lovely views over the city.

My only criticism, and I’m being pedantic, is that it’s not obvious where to pay for items in reception fridges, I queued at bar only to be told I had to wait behind 5 people at reception waiting to checkout (I was joined by 6 others waiting to pay for same items at bar)
