"ミラノ中央駅から近いのでマルペンサ空港のアクセスが良い。ミラノ市内の名所までのアクセスも良い。スタッフは明るく気さくで朝食も美味しい。 シャワー室の水が溜まってしまい流れが悪かった。ポットは部屋に無いのでフロントに言えば持ってきてくれる。"

"スタッフの方がとても親切でした。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもしてくれます。 ミラノセントラルステーションから近いですし、 飲食店も周りに多いので疲れてる時に近くでさっと食べれます。 近くにはスーパーもあり立地がとても良いです。 今回は1人だったので、シングルルームにしました。 部屋は狭めでしたが、キレイでした。 シャワー、トイレの水圧もしっかりあってストレスなく使用出来ます。 1番良かったのは、朝食です。 ちゃんと、塩っけのある食事が豊富だったのが嬉しく、美味しかったです！"

"Overall, I had a great experience. The room was exactly as advertised, it was clean, and it had working aircon (this was extremely important given that I was staying in Milan during a heatwave). The hotel is located a 10 minute walk to the metro station and from there it is only a 20 minute train into central Milan. There are also multiple restaurants around the hotel as well as supermarkets. The staff were always friendly and up for a chat when entering/leaving the hotel. I don't have a bad...

"The stay at as very good overall. The room is small but was perfect for my needs. The air conditioning works but is inconsistent where it shuts in and off during the night. No noise from it but you could feel the changes. I understand the complaints about the noise from the tram. I slept through it but if you are a light sleeper you might get frustrated. The staff is kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again."
