"Pros: The hotel was a great place to stay. The coworking lounge was perfect for digital nomads and encouraged being social. Being able to use a coin laundry at the same time was a plus. There was a well-equipped kitchen and fridge too.The dorm itself had a spacious bed and curtain, light powered by solar, PowerPoint and shelf. The luggage storage was big enough for a large suitcase and secure. Downsides: The location was not ideal but was fine to walk, cycle or get a tram from. The dorm room...

"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."

"I was in a standard room, which means a room which hasn't been redecorated since the mid-90s! All things considered, the decor was well-maintained, although there were quite a few stains on the carpet, and the bedside light was broken throughout my stay. However, Although weary, it was clean and comfortable, and the bed, bedlinen and curtains were a lot newer than the wallpaper, and it was a fair price for what was offered. "Checkin experience was good. Breakfast experience was good. Unfortunately I was woken at 4 AM by the alarm on my door lock. It was incessant and didn’t stop until the battery died. Nobody was around to assist. I complained on checkout but no member off management team has reached out since."
