"Great place to stay! The only issue was that a previous occupant of the kitchenette apartment had fried sardines or other fish and the smell was absorbed by the curtains. We would laugh and say how much it wreaked in that room. But we still liked it. "

"Quaint place just a 30 second walk from the casino and it's dining room."

"Nice location"

"OK Hotel could do with some refurbishment"

"Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner"

"Great treatment from all the staff at a family run hotel. Room was very comfortable and help was readily given about what to see in the area. Just a great few days."

"Bel hôtel propre calme acceuil sympathique"

"I would stay again no problem 😉 "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Hôtel L'Échappée Vosgienne à Gérardmer. Le cadre est idéal pour se ressourcer, en pleine forêt, tout en étant à deux pas du lac. C'est aussi un endroit parfait pour les amateurs de sport, avec les montagnes au pied de l'hôtel et de nombreux parcours à découvrir. It was a four-course meal with fresh salad and a very well appointed cheese selection. Before our departure, we also used the ping pong table in the garden, which...

"This is an amazing gem. Located up on the hillside overlooking a beautiful lake. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. The terrace was big, and would be awesome in the summer. We were there in the winter so we didn't get to use it. The caretaker is a wonderful man who was very helpful. I already have plans to go back in the summer to enjoy the town and the lake."

"The price of the room booked online is 10% higher than the labelled price in the hotel reception; hotel is reasonable ok for a farm hotel, but charging 22euro/pp breakfast is over pricing; internet doesn’t work in this place already for a few days, they haven’t noticed us ahead they can’t take credit card , but only tell us while we are checking out, we have to spent another hour to find a ATM and pay them in cash"
