"First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me."

It wasn’t even a sofa bed and that’s what I paid for second room had a sofa bed, but the mattress had like 10 holes in the mattress and it was dirty unsanitary. Also, they mislead you with telling you when you get there that they don’t clean your room for two days and then when you ask again, they say the clerk said four days when they clean your room very terrible experience.
