"This is our 4th time staying in POD51 over the space of about 10 years. Its a lovely, quiet hotel at a reasonable price. Its clean and in a convenient location. Times Square is aprox 25 minute walk or 15ish minute sub ride. 10/15 minute walk to the Rock. We've always stayed in the bunk pods with shared bathroom. 4 bathrooms per floor with a super handy light system in the room to tell you which ones are free. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are great. We will be back. "

"We stayed here for one night due to a flight delay, the hotel is clean, and well maintained. I loved the complimentary items they leave in the bathroom which we needed since it was an unexpected stay we didn't have everything with us. Especially the slippers!! They offer complimentary shuttle to and from JFK airport. We called upon arrival, and the shuttle arrived within 15 mins to pick us up. We will definitely stay here from now on whenever we visit the area. Highly recommended! "

"The hotel was in a great location and surprisingly quiet for being so close to Times Square. The air conditioner was very loud and there were workers right outside of the window working from 8-4 everyday. The worst was the price I was quoted in hotels. com was 25% less than the price I paid at the desk. Buyer beware."
