"Beautiful property located 10 minutes from Ortigia and the city of Syracuse, best to have a car. Grounds are impeccable and you can easily spend your days by the enormous pool. Breakfast is great and staff is pleasant. Rooms are super clean we smelled the cleaning products as we walked in. Air condition unit seems to need some maintenance, but still worked. "Nice large clean room and attached bath. Great albeit small shower but our first in 4 days that actually drained (yay)! Staff very nice & helpful. With an attached restaurant for drinks & snacks it’s very convenient. Only drawback is finding parking in the local lots as the parking is very difficult in the area. Be sure to download EasyPark app before you leave also as there is no on site parking at the hotel and several of the machines in the parking lots don’t work."

"We had such a good time staying at Villa Felicia! The setting is very peaceful, there are lemon and lime trees all around, it's quite and beatiful. The best part is the staff, they are incredibly warm and welcoming. Rooms are simple and rustic but very comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and the restaurant is surpringly very good - an elevated version of traditional Sicilian dishes."

Pros: huge room, included a small kitchen like an airbnb, great WiFi, very clean and modern, right next to Ortigia and a bunch of wonderful restaurants. Cons: reception is not open during any set hours, so arrival and departure is very annoying as you need to communicate endlessly with the owners, which is not enjoyable for people on vacation (indeed, many...

"Small hotel right by station. Fairly basic but clean, staff were very helpful and a 30 minute walk to Ortigia. Parking was free and easy opposite hotel."
