"Everything was adequate for a stay near the train station. There was an issue with their computers that didn't allow them to program the room key, so the front desk would have to run up and open our door each time, which he did quite quickly. Room was a decent size and the air conditioning worked which was great for the hot day that we stayed there. Super close to the train station (5 minutes walk), we were able to catch our train easily."

"Cute hotel room with the classic German beam & stucco wall, and quiet with windows closed. Note there’s no A/C. Furnishings and decorating very dated. Bathroom was quite small with the smallest shampoo/bodywash bottles I’ve seen and barely enough for 2 people for 1 night.
Biggest issue was check-in, which was really confusing … no hotel sign on outside (9only the cafe) but it says hotel inside a door on the right side of the Laterne cafe. Signs said reception on next floor, but no one...

"Excellent hotel for the price and well situated. There was no air conditioning in the room and it was extremely hot but I managed. Breakfast excellent. Good choice of cereals, boiled egg and bread. The spa was closed for repairs whilst I was there which was disappointing."
