What majorly lets the hotel down is the misrepresentation of parking facilities, which is a 15 mins walk away uphill. We specifically booked with parking as one of our party has a disability and struggles with strenuous walks. The parking information should have been clearer- we would have selected an alternative accommodation if we had known."

"Wir haben bewusst Apartment gebucht. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Checkin über ein Nachbarhotel erfolgt. Die Checkin Adresse wurde uns über die App mitgeteilt. Leider hat dieses seit Hotel 2019 geschlossen. Nur durch erfragen vom ortsansässigen fanden wir heraus, wo wir einchecken müssen. Beim Checkin hat uns die Mitarbeiterin einen Plan ausgedruckt, um das Apartment zu finden. Die Kommunikation war schwierig, da die Mitarbeiterin weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprach.
