"Steep stairs. Not good for seniors No where to put suitcase except on floor No where to hang clothes Not enough towels No towel exchange Trashcan not emptied Spa didn't work No ashtrays in smoking areas Outrageous parking fees to park"

"Would not stay here again."

"I’ve been to Key West many times, the Heron House is by far the best property we have stayed at. Perfect location to walk to Duval, Mallory Square. Great pool, friendly staff."

"Very cute and clean property. The only thing I didn’t like was the fee for parking our rented golf cart in property."

"Charming"

"Cary was amazing to us! Very attentive staff. The grounds are a hidden oasis right near everything you wanna do & see. Highly recommend! Can't wait to stay there again!"

"Clean room and location."

"Near Duvall street but still quiet."

"Room was clean and a nice size for two people. This is an older place but well kept. The staff were very friendly and the daily breakfast was quite good. Parking was easier than I thought it would be, we used on street spots throughout our visit. There were lots of food and tourists options nearby. When going to the more popular areas we used Uber, wait time 1 minute! Overall my visit was positive and I'd stay again."
