"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We are so pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of the place! For a beachfront hotel it is very reasonable especially when you figure in the great breakfast! Parking is the only thing I have any issues with. The lot is small and the larger spaces get taken quickly, so it difficult to find a place for our families' Expedition. Otherwise, no complaints!! "

"It's right on the beach! Can't beat it for the price. Older hotel that has more character than the average hotel. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious! Was disappointed that the room smelled like someone smoked in it, but and open window took care of that. The floors could have used some sweeping before we checked in too. Still, I would stay here again."

"The condo has a wonderful view, but the condition of the condo was not worth what I paid for. Upon arrival I went to open the sliding glass door to the balcony, but the door was stuck. Maintenance was contacted and arrived with two hours. The door was off the track due to a large amount of sand that was left. The maintenance man actually vacuumed the area. This all happened before I ever set foot on the beach so not one grain of sand came from me. Then upon entering the bathroom I couldn’t...

"They sent me a communication about entry code, but the code did not work. The phone number attached to the listing was not in operation and no one answered the number attached to the email. They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles."
