"Very nice and the breakfast was great"

"Everything was perfect"

"The location and restaurant/bar is what is best about this hotel. It is in dire need of maintenance. The carpet was wet and filthy when we checked in. I made the mistake of taking off my shoes. Getting an elevator is a whole experience. You need to make sure to give yourself plenty of time. We were on the 16th floor and had to carry 4 suitcases down all 16 flights of stairs so we wouldn't miss our shuttle after waiting 20 min for an elevator. Friends we were traveling with had multiple issues...

"There is an airport shuttle and complementary breakfast, however, the room could be cleaner and it is very small. Only suitable to short stays. The valet is a very convenient offering."

"Rooms just didnt look like the pictures"

"We really enjoyed this hotel . Loved the pre- paid breakfast vouchers . Very affordable . Room service was amazing. Made beds & clean towels every day ! We had Jewel as our server most mornings at breakfast …. He was a delight! Lots of construction in the area , but the hotel was hip & fresh in the brickell downtown area . A must try !"
