"Our stay here was wonderful. The room was clean and large. It was ready ahead of time which was a blessing. The staff were all very pleasant and courteous. The amenities were nice although we did use the gym or pool. The bar and continental breakfast was nice! "

"My best friends and I come to Jacksonville for conventions at least once or twice a year. Tabitha and Jenn at the front desk when we arrived on Friday evening were personable, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. They told us to call ahead in advance next time we visit to make sure our rooms are adjoining or close to each other the next time. Overall they were excellent representatives of this hotel and made our stay that much better. The rooms were nice, and clean. Beds were firm and supportive, we enjoyed our anime vibes the whole time we were together both at the hotel and at the convention center. I can’t recommend Tabitha and Jenn enough for promotions, raises or bonuses, they were amazing! "

"Steve at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. Very accommodating and we really enjoyed speaking with him. The pool was perfect; the rooms were clean. The very best part of our stay was the air conditioner actually kept the room cold. Great night's sleep. Poolside was a relaxing Fathers Day treat. "
