"Great condition"

"Booked hotel as was walking distance to airport. Wasn't expecting much of hotel. But it was very good. Only stayed one night but wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Night food market close by. Lovely room."

"Deluxe room that we stayed in on 13 floor was spacious enough for 2 people and had nice river views of Kuching, also walk in shower But the wifi was non existent ( who wants to sit in the foyer to get a signal!!!) "

"Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel."

"Convenient location"

"It was a return visit to this hotel. They have changed the restaurant, finished much of the building and continue to staff very nice people. We did have issues with our refrigerator and television not functioning properly and they were up there within 20 minutes with someone to address both. The TV wasn't resolved and they offered to have us switch to another room, but we were leaving in another day, so it didn't seem to be worth the bother."

"Have to upkeep, else in a very short while it will be run down... feet marks on the walls inside the room and dirty walls. The rattan net lamp shade is very dusty. lots of ants in the room, the table, floor, toilet... "

"The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready. After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient. Hopefully, there's improvement in the future. "

"The hotel location was convenient, just by the main road. If you are travelling without a car, it’s convenient to book Grab from this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious for 4 pax. Beds were comfortable, hot shower, good water pressure. There’s window but unfortunately you are not allowed to open it. There’s only aircond available in the room, no fan. The room was for 4 pax, they only gave 2 pairs of room slippers, but they gave 2 more upon request. Housekeeping have to be improved, toilet...
