"When we arrived we had the unfortunate experience of having the elevator drop suddenly making a horrible noise, stuck between floors and then started to vibrate uncontrollably. We hit the alarm and within a minute the elevator dropped suddenly to the main floor. We went immediately to front desk who was standing there with maintenance obviously about to respond to the alarm. "Wonderful dinner at the restaurant- stone baked pizza was great. The included wine tasting was a pleasant surprise along with the bottle of wine in the room’s refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

Staff were very nice and excellent with the tour and breakfast. And their reliability to stock the fire pits. Only thing was the pool was said to be heated but still very cold. "We loved our Lucy room. The food is sensational. Such a quaint little Victorian bed and breakfast with rich history. Bed super comfortable. No ceiling fan .. a stand up fan would’ve been a nice option although we opened the window a bit. Will be back for sure! "

"We had a wonderful time at Moonshadow B&B over the past weekend. Our hosts, Jeanette and Steven, were great providing a wealth of local information for wine tasting, activities, and fine dining. They were kind, courteous, and sincerely interested in meeting with all guests and providing a fantastic experience. A huge plus was that Jeanette’s breakfast quality was truly 5 star - the best that we have ever had at a B&B. We will most certainly return when visiting Kueka lake."
