"The Facility is clean all the way around. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with local questions. Everyone I spoke with spoke English so that was very helpful. The area is right across the train station and easy public transportation access but at the same time causes a lot of outside noise. I personally don’t mind since I’m from a big city but overall I would stay here again."

"There was a bit of a hiccup with our checkin, since they had no record of us having already paid. It was eventually straightened out, then they realized that we had overpaid and refunded our credit card. All was well. The room was comfortable, clean and had ample space. There does seem to be noise that carries through the walls and halls, but since we travel with earplugs, it was no problem. Bonus was the bidet in the bathroom."

"We stayed for one night on our way to Copenhagen. The property is well managed, elevator is a bit small but working as it's supposed to be, room and bathroom are clean. Mattres is in a good condition. Our room was facing the opposite of the Hbf and it was nice and quiet in the evening."

"I had booked this hotel because it was close to the train station - I came in by train and was due to leave by train the next morning. I was a little apprehensive after reading all of the negative reviews, but I was pleased overall with my stay here. The hotel offers the basic amenities for a comfortable night's stay: comfortable bed, cleaning bedding, nice pillow, blackout curtains, a television (I did not turn mine on so I cannot comment on the channels), a hot shower, a modern toilet, bath...

"It is a charming hotel not far from the airport. It is a little bit outdated, with mold in the bathroom, and a damp smell by the reception area and hallway. Our room was supposed to have one double bed, we were given a room with two single beds. Basic breakfast, very welcoming and helpful staff. Overall for one night was ok."
