"La signora Sara proprietaria del Hotel prepotente ,arrogante ed aggressiva verso i clienti .Mi dispiace tantissimo ,ma queste cose rovinano l immagini del portale Hotels.Stanza piccola senza balcone per 4 persone , che puzzava. Cameriera gentilissima ma sfruttata. La formula tutto incluso è solo per la colazione, il pranzo la cena ,per il restante è tutto a pagamento (caffè ,acqua,the,ed altro). "Arrived around Midnight. Welcomed by a very kind and service oriented receptionist. Considering the cost, the room was extremely nice and clean with a large balcony. Breakfast (included) was well assorted and og in good wuality and well tasting. Surroundings/tables/attention to covid risk reduction absolutely fine. Only reason for not not giving top marks is that noise from cleaning of the stairway and from other guests woke me up 6 am"

"We love the closeness to the beach, the fact that we have access to bicycles to use, it is close to lots of bars, coffee shops and gelaterias. The staff is friendly and helpful. The trains are nosy but that is in every hotel on the main road of Pineto. When booking through Orbtiz the beach umbrellas were not included in the stay we had to pay extra for those. The room are small but there is plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases which makes it nice. We have stayed her 3 times and we would...
