"Even though the property was quite full with peak holidays, it was quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries and supportive with activity bookings. Had everything we needed for our stay. The free wifi was as expected, but we now travel with an eSIM, which supports our needs. There were lots of activities available as with the various pools, the onsite convenience store and cafe/restaurant. "The tap in the bathroom has grime/accumulated molds over the time that has not been cleaned or missed out. The bottom/lower part of the bathroom glass door is very dirty. But the rest, its all good and clean."

"The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."
