"The room was "lack lustre". The TV was on and loud when I went into room and we could not shut it off. The bathroom lacked towels, no bath matt, only one hand towel. The hand towel had to be used as bath matt. The bed was only made with a white sheet. No throw, no coverlet. The pillows, 3 of the 4 should have been discarded. They where beyond flat. No support at all. Not a good nights rest at all. Dissapointing considering how elegant lobby appears. Not my first stay there, but my worst hotel...

EL ESTACIONAMIENTO ES EN EL HOTEL MELIA. YO QUE TENIA QUE SALIR A LAS 4AM TENIA QUE CAMINAR SOLA POR LA PLAZA ARRIESGANDOME A QUE ME PASARA ALGO. NO ME GUSTO LA EXPERIENCIA. YO ME HE QUEDADO MUCHAS VECES POR TRABAJO EN HOTEL PLAZA Y ES DIFERENTE."
"Absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Grande Mountain Retreat. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by incredible nature. It truly feels like a hidden paradise in the mountains of Puerto Rico.

"Cuando llegamos nos encontramos con una gotera del desague del aire y una cubeta a mitad que tuvimos que vaciar cuando llegamos de noche para que no se desbordara. El aire acondicionado hizo un ruido terrible al perecer una hélice y nos rociaba agua intermitentemente por estar arriba de la cama. Pudimos dormir un poco apagando el aire varias veces y nos fuimos temprano. Gracias a Dios la pesadilla fue solo una noche. Notificamos a los dueños con videos de lo ocurrido y solo nos dieron las...
"Ese lugar está cerrado , por que lo vendieron y está en remodelación, y lo que están ofreciendo es un lugar al lado que no son las mismas villas, llamé para cancelar y expedía no quiso cancelar la reservación y perdí mi dinero $385.00 , no vuelvo ni aconsejo a nadie que reserve por expedia no sirven ."
