"Housekeeping was very poor. On arrival ,No light.Bath Room was smelling.No food was available on arrival day.Even mineral water was not provided on order. How the property has been given *** ? No tea arrangement at room. No cupboard and study table. Sofa was uncomfortable for me as having knee problem. Value wise was not worthy at Bareilly city in U.P."
