"Excellent hotel"

"Hotel staff claimed they did not have our booking or payment (of course the booking was fully paid). After few minutes they found it and said that they did not recieved any notification and they are fully booked on that day. It was late at night, we had to find another hotel in the area ourselves. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not help us with anything. All they said was they were sorry. We are very disappointed."

"I had a comfortable stay here. The A/C works well, and the Wi-Fi was sufficient for my needs. They have a pool and a bar (although I’m not sure how often the bar is open). You will have a key to your room, but to gain access to the compound you will need to ring the doorbell each time you come and go. My Spanish is limited, but I knew I had to pay cash upon arrival. "First, this is NOT a hotel. These are two rooms in a stand alone building on the beach. The upper floor over the rooms are a gutted building, full of junk and pigeons. The doors on the room do not close properly and have a gap of about an inch. So, we woke up in the morning full of mosquito bites - not cool. There was no hot water. The room developed a terrible sewage spell, which the staff worked hard at getting rid of, but it did nothing to enhance the stay. This place is nowhere near Crucita...
