"Noud and Jen are the perfect hosts. I am so glad I based our booking on the reviews. Rooms and dining area are clean, food is great -- they offer free breakfast with a selection of Pinoy or American. Lunch and Dinner -- you might think is pricey but it's a huge portion and can be shared. Water, ice, Coffee and milo (hot choco) is avaliable anytime of the day. They have airport transfer for a fee. They offered early check in as well as late check out if rooms are avaliable. Because of this, we were able to maximize our stay by booking an additional tour. They also lent us dry bags so we don't have to buy. The tours they offer are also great! Compared to others, booking with them includes hotel pickup, towels/snorkels included in the fee and eco tax can be arranged by them. Everything is con convenient with them."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cadlao, the staff were so friendly and everyone looked after me and made me feel very welcome. They assisted with carrying my luggage and booking an airport driver, and they were very responsive on WhatsApp which made me feel safe in case I was out and about and needed assistance. There is also a tuk-tuk that takes you from the hotel into town and back which was great! It was quiet and peaceful at Cadlao and the beds were really comfortable, and the shower water was always warm. The only thing I would have enjoyed that the room didn’t include was a mini fridge to keep my food and drinks refrigerated. The complimentary tea-time and cake at 4pm and then happy hour at 5-6pm was lovely as well. I would love to come stay here in the future! "

"Its a beachfront property w/ an amazing ocian view if you booked an ocian view room. Service is great and the breakfast is delish. I highly recommend if you are in El Nido."

The complimentary trip to Papaya beach was the highlight of the our stay, thanks to Val for convincing us to go:)"

"Overpriced, Property owners dogs barking and pooing and weeing outside my room no safe,no fridge,no hot water, dirty room,no kettle,dripping water on toilet seat. Overall an absolute disgrace"
