"The staff are really friendly, the room is a good size and the beds comfy. The room is clean, but unfortunately as soon as we opened the door we were hit by the smell of smoke. It’s a non smoking room, but clearly the previous occupants had been smoking. The cleaner had left the window open and we were given an air freshener to spray but it didn’t help. The hotel was full so couldn’t be moved. A real shame, a child and 2 non smokers, it spoilt the stay really."

"So glad my friend and I booked a room at Revado for a few nights in Norwich! It is so conveniently located just 5 minutes from the train station, with plenty of bus stops if you don't walk to city center. "What a wonderful place to stay! The lodge we stayed in was perfectly suited to us. Loved the veranda and the table and chairs so we could sit outside in the evening with a view across the lawn and to the trees. Breakfast was a feast - only disappointment was that we were only there for one night. We plan to return and stay for longer next time. "

The room however was disappointing- clearly see some improvements but masking tape around the towel rail - holes in the wall in bathroom and bathroom door handle broken - cleanliness could have been better - toilet lid and seat had dirt in it and the ledge under the towel rail was full of dust and hairs - towels provided had stains on and holes in them - can’t complain regards to staff and service and the food all...

"Good location for ease of access to the City. Friendly Hosts. Comfortable beds. For what it cost it was value for money. Fixtures and Fittings needs some maintenance. Bathroom door needs a lock. Room needs a blast out with a duster an vacuum. Cant complain at all. Good value for money, just needs a few bits sorting out. Thank You!"
