"Connection flight stay, lobby ceiling was very nice and high, spacious. All of Staff was nice and helpful except for one staff. I asked to borrow an umbrella and she pointed, like I knew the place. For better service, staff needs to walk over and show the customer where the umbrella is instead of just pointing. Other than that everything was good. "

"I often stay here. Clean and comfortable. Airport pickup and drop off every 30 minutes. 10-15 minutes from the airport. Good for an overnight stay. "

"The staff barely understood any English. No bell boy/bus boy to move your luggage. You have to physically pick it up and bring it down a flight of stair before you can put it on the trolley. After check in the wifi was completely gone, I stayed there for 5 hours and I didn’t have wifi there. I had no choice but to check out early and go somewhere else because wifi was important. When asked when the wifi would be fixed, they said we don’t know "
