The service during check-in was excellent, staff asked if we were there for the show and knew the band which really made us feel welcome! Loved how the hotel is connected by sky bridge to not just the concert venue but also a mall and the convention centre. The room suited our needs for the short stay and it was a perfectly comfortable night. "

"Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was neat and clean and everything worked. The bed was quite firm (which I am okay with, but some people might want a little more softness). Parking was conveniently close to the door. Overall, we were pleased and would stay here again. "

"The Staffs were nice. The location is awesome, it’s right by the Sai Yud BTS SkyTrain stop so it made traveling by the BTS Train super convenient.I stayed for 6 nights so my complaints are that the walls are thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors and the hallway noises. It would be nice if the staffs hanged the complimentary items along with trash bag, toilet paper, tissue on the door so I wouldn’t have to go bother them so much. There’s no kettle for hot water if you plan to drink...
