"The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment...

"We came here after a really bad experience at another accommodation. The staff here are so nice and helpful. My daughter was sick and we needed to go to the hospital, they help me call the hospital. Our family room was so spacious and clean. My teens are too small for the kiddie tent in the room, but if you have little kids book this room!
