"Great location in city centre with lots of shopping, eating and bus connections close. Minimalist style rooms. The breakfast was good with lots of choice options. I room lighting was poor. Impossible to go makeup in the bathroom and no good lighting in the bedroom to do it either! Housekeeping sometimes missed brining clean towels, emptying the waste baskets and switching out our dirty mugs! Otherwise a good place to stay."
"Every thing was fine. The problem was with the parking. Although we were supposed to get a discounted rate, the parking charged me in full, 41 Euro.
The gentleman receptionist said he can’t do anything we need to call the parking and ask for refund. I asked him the phone number of the parking and he provided a number that unfortunately was not in service. I am not happy about this."
"This townhouse hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but frankly it should be rated as a 2 star hotel. There is no one to help with luggage. There is no real reception you have to go up a floor to a small office to check in. There is no staff to assist you in the morning until 11 am and no one after 6:00.pm. They give you one key and you have to open the main door of the hotel yourself outside the hours of operation.

"Quadruple bedroom was clean and spacious, bathroom spotless. Fabulous breakfast buffet , and an amazing buffet for the kids each evening. Dinner in the restaurant both evenings we ate there was wonderful. Highly recommended staying here , fantastic amenities to keep kids entertained all year round roof the weather ."
"Travelling from Canada. Clean bright rooms. Amazing breakfast/ coffee options each day. On site laundry available. Central location, easy to get around on foot to explore restaurants, markets. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

"First the concierge person was so helpful and booked us a great reservation at Fishy Fishy she deserves 5 stars which I gave in the individual rankings. But the noise level in the rooms were very loud and I swear I could hear people talking next door as well as on the street. My friends room had one sheet on bed no other bedspread. She visited my room and surprised to see a Duvay on my bed when she just had a sheet.Location is wonderful so plenty of good things about location but way to much...
"We spent two nights in Kinsale at Long Quay House and we highly recommend the place. The location is awesome, the room was clean with a great shower, and the property is in very good condition. The owner and staff were very helpful.
Breakfasts are cooked to order. We had eggs and salmon, eggs with bacon, and porridge with fruit. There is also a self serve area with fresh croissants, scones, bread, yogurt, fruit, and a small selection of cheeses and salamis.
Although there is not parking on site,...
