"The hotel itself is a bit outdated but it’s still very clean and nice. We had a hard time with the ac but we were able to leave the window open for circulation. Rated as a 4 because of the surrounding area primarily. It’s super convenient to get around with the bus stops, train station, and a taxi service down the street. Dining options are pretty wide spread. Probably one of the best Yakiniku spots around the corner up some stairs. Perfect place to just explore. Highly recommend just for that...

"The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service."

"There are actually only two business hotels around Kawaguchi station and this is better than the other. Closer to the station, newer, rooms are a little bigger. Recommended."

Many dinning options around the hotel within 5 minutes walk, next to the Nippori station of the Yamanote line, meaning easy access to all the tourist places. Definitely explore the neighborhood and visit the fabric town. Lovely hotel, exceptional stay. "

"So conveniently located from Nippori station 6 minutes walk very easy to get to has shops around and boba drink shop across . Only issue was with all amenities they don’t provide coffee or English tea or spoons or anything like we did on other hotels stay . rooms are small but it has space to open your luggage . Breakfast is traditional Japanese/Chinese no cereal yes tea / coffee is there eggs and toast . "
