"In 3 days at this hotel, I got neck pain and I’ve been sick for days since the AC stopped working overnight. When the dining room was suddenly full at breakfast, I was forced to sit outside in the cold (still sick) which made me worse when other tables were already done. There were tiny ANTS crawling inside the bed every night and most towels were dirty and stained. When I realized I was missing an item less than 24 hours after checking out, the hotel said they couldn’t find it but I only wore...

"Wfi fungerede ikke på mit værelse, før efter 4 dages beklagelser. Væggene er meget beskidte, hådklædeudlevering var random, nogle gange 2 små, andre gange 1 stort. Generel rengøring var ikke god, brugt lagn på ekstra seng, kunne se andres hr derpå. Efter at hve forladt stedet , ser jeg til min ærgelse at der har været nogen i min rygsæk og harvtaget mit kørekørt, de har været igennem flere lynlåse og har glemt at lukke dem igen. "We stayed three nights. The room was basic, bathroom was decent except the toilet seat was barely hanging on. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent. It was a nice walkable area with many bars and restaurants around. The hotel was close enough to the night market, Phlu Si and many other restaurants. We had no complaints. They do have a great happy hour buy one beer Lao get one free. That was a bonus! "

"Zimmer an sich in Ordnung, alles ist sehr sauber. Nur leider hat unsere Dusche bzw. Der Duschkopf nicht funktioniert, dieses Problem konnte während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht gelöst werden. Das Personal war zwar immer bemüht nur leider ärgerte man sich mit Kleinigkeiten rum, wie dass auf einmal die Schlüsselkarte nicht funktioniert und auch das Shuttle nicht zuverlässig ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr klein aber ausreichend. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr hellhörig man kann die Wasserrohre hören...

Wake up at 5:30 am to partake Buddhist Monk alms giving daily ritual. Included is daily American and Laotian buffet breakfast from 7:30am to 9:30 am daily. Many restaurants, bars, massage shops and souvenir shop right on walking street. 100% I will stay here against "

"Great stay overall. The staff wee very helpful and the bungalow was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend getting the pancakes for the different fruit variety. It’s around 30 minute walk from the city centre in less than 10 minutes drive. There is an airport shuttle but there isn’t a train shuttle so if you take the train to Luang Prabang there are hotel shuttles right outside. Also, a heads up there are no TVs in the bungalow. "

"Simple and good hotel, enough for a stay but some points: shower head was weak power, the rain shower almost was not working. The bathroom sink was clogged. The balcony faces the neighbor roof and windows so there is no view. The breakfast was simple but I believe enough, a deuitsv Latter with juice , coffee/tea, bread and jam/ butter. The hotel is in a calm area of the city. For someone looking for a quiet place, it is good. Some restaurants around at a walking distance and close to the night...
