"Any detailed rating is really absurd so "unsatisfactory" is used just because some specific rating are demanded by this program. This hotel has been closed for some three years and has no business being advertised. It is the site of a tea farm. We did eat and sleep there because the on-site caretaker was gracious and there happened to be one bungalow kept for the owner's infrequent guests!"

"The resort was very quiet when we were there but we still had a wonderful relaxing night. Great place to stop over when driving from Chiang mai to Mae Salong. I can't speak for the rooms but the villa was absolutely beautiful. Spacious with a massive terrace to relax on. The grounds are lovely too. Would recommend"

"This is a unique corner of heaven. Constructed thoughtfully with an eye to detail. Private Lanna style bungalows with green screens for privacy. Paul and his staff are on top of my every need! Great place to play and recharge. The area has wonderful places to visit within a short drive."

"If you stay here please have an open-mind and realize this IS in a jungle BUT, you will be treated very well! The hotel is "off the beaten path". You enter from a dirt road and it's not clearly marked where to go. Checkin was easy and quick. We were met by the staff who we assumed were all family. "Incredible place here! The gardens are very impressive and diverse, pool is beautiful, breakfast at the main house is great. Art is spread throughout the property in a quirky yet tasteful way, really loved it. Area is very calm and beautiful, but best to have your own transport. Grab also works quickly though. The hosts are very thoughtful, and the whole experience was perfect, just what we needed. Will definitely stay here again!"

"On busy road. Suggestions plant a bunch of Bamboo and bushes to void the car noise. The picture is different than actual. The Family live in front. Dont serve lunch or dinner and you have to travel to go eat. not close to to anything or easy access. Lady did give me a Bowl of soup due to Sick for 24 hours. Would not stay again."
