"It was a beautiful hotel. It is set on a little farm with beautiful flowers and a pond. The accommodations were nice and comfortable. There was a/c, but the wifi wasn't working. Breakfast is included. The only major issue is that when you put in Bhupimarn Garden House as a location in google maps, it takes you to the middle of Chiang Mai City, not Chom Thong. So, beware! Super sweet people that run the place, even if they don't speak English. The lady had to call her son, who speaks English....

The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. "Arrived late on a Tuesday and things were dark and office unmanned but soon sorted by the manager. We awoke to find the darkness was hiding a hidden delight literally 400m from the bustling 108 road. A lovely tranquil setting, comfortable suites, extremely friendly staff with wonderful food make this a lovely place to come outside the hurly burly of downtown Chiang Mai. Airport about 45 minutes drive away. Great for all the attractions in the south like Mae Weng, Doi Inthanon and others."
