"Room was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful saving me having to worry too much about eating lunch. Check In and Out was fine. Generally I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The only issue was staff attitude when I tried to highlight something that I observed on 12.09.26. Essentially there were old drinks menus so most things listed were not on offer. "Clean, conveniently located one metro stop from the train station or 10 min walk. It’s close to the Cathedral and other old town attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great, but not included, we had to pay 20 CHS/pp. They charged 2 CHS for extra nespresso pods (only 2 provided for 2 night stay). The shower was clogged but fixed upon request. The portable AC came in handy during the heat wave. Overall loved this charming hotel and can recommend it."

Et l’odeur d’urine que j’ai ressentie dans la chambre ne m’a pas permis d’y dormir.

"L’établissement est bien tenu , très propre dans l’ensemble et propose plusieurs activités
Le personnel est très accueillant et efficace.
Les chambres pour 2 personnes ne sont pas très grandes et la salle de bains est équipée d’une baignoire peu pratique sans rideau ni pare douche et une robinetterie qui date.
D’après le staff un projet de rénovation est prévu qui comprendra une douche.
Le petit déjeuner est cher à 12 € compte tenu du choix limité.
On peut en dire autant du menu unique...
"Lovely boutique hotel close to the station and centre of town - an easy walk. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower worked well and some toiletries were included. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.
My only (small) issue was that the hallways are a little empty with an open stairway at the end so noise can echo around. I could hear other guests leaving their rooms in the morning. I still gave the hotel 5 stars though"
