"We were welcomed warmly by staff and walked to our room with information and explanations along the way. Room was large, nice and bed was comfortable. Easy walk to our cruise boat dock. Easy walk to tram and bus stop. Staff was helpful with directions. Coffee available for purchase in the morning if not purchasing breakfast buffet. Wonderful stay in Basel. "

"The room was tiny. The bed almost completely filled the room and was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in, almost as hard as a bare floor. The bathroom was laid out in such a way that the toilet was right up against the shower making it difficult to sit on the toilet because my knees hit the shower door. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient. If they have larger rooms, take them because the economy room is not comfortable at all."

Although the instructions for locating the shuttle pick-up point were clear and helpful, upon reaching "Parking Express," there were no signs indicating the transfer. "We booked it last minute, in Europe usually you cannot check in after 8pm so having a 24 hour front desk for travelers is a huge bonus. We just parked on the street but I believe they’re have a garage as well. Also enjoyed check out at noon"
