There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. "Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...

"Staff very friendly. Only four guests so restaurant shut just as we arrived, and breakfast was reduced, which is totally understandable with only 4 guests, but were asked if anything else we would like. Will stsy sgain. "
