The person at the front desk let me use a shower in a room for an hour so I could freshen up and change clothes after a long day in Dhaka and before my flight. "Good hotel .Fair cost/facilities package. Good WiFi & restaurant but i did not use gym. Hotel is in very quiet police controlled diplomatic enclave not far from FrenchEmbassy. Hotel & rooms are clean & generally comfortable but bed is hard (like chinese 3*). Mattress quality needs improving. Typical slowish service but it is near India ( even slower service) Hotel is popular & nearly full of foreign business visitors. I would stay again. "This was the second time I stayed at the Raintree. The price is comparable to others in the area, with large rooms reasonably priced. There’s a lively coffee shop in the lobby and the hotel staff are wonderful. Twice they arranged for an airport transfer in the middle of the night. "I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!"

"It was my first time stayed in that hotel. Location in close to everything on Gulshan and Bonani, ride to Airport is 30 to 45 minutes depends on traffic. Service was five stars and every person who work there whom I have some kind of interaction was outstanding. "
