"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share our experience and warn other guests.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, neither in our room nor in the dining area. The bed linens and towels were not clean, and we found both red and yellow stains on them. We also had to ask for extra pillows, as there was only one pillow per person.
Our arrival experience was also disappointing....
"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km...
"The listing shows beach access, but it's not... you have to walk 500 meters. We went out at night and the gate was closed. Miraculously, another guest explained how to open it. In the morning, I was woken up because my car was blocking another guest's exit, and it wasn't even my car."
"un groupe de clim, sur le balcon, qui émet des vibrations à chaque redémarrage et qui résonne dans la chambre...une TV des années...avec démodulateur et de dimensions frôlant les 20' à tout casser sur un support dangereux pour les têtes.
Une salle d'eau avec un cumulus débranché, les ampoules d'éclairage au dessus du lavabo carrément retirées, une lunette de WC un peu baladeuse...un petit déjeuner vraiment petit avec choix limité.
je m'arrêterais là mais pour moi la troisième étoile brille...

"Gute Lage des Hotels. Wegen dem abgelegenen Standort sollte man ein Fahrzeug mieten, da der Transfer vom Flughafen sehr teuer ist.
Den Hotelinhabern empfehle ich, einen Automaten für Trinkwasser aufzustellen,der jederzeit zur Verfügung steht.Der nächste Ort ist mehrere km entfernt.
Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden."
"Typisch italienische Mittelklasse-"Residence" in sehr ruhiger Lage, mit einfacher Ausstattung. Hier darf man keinen Luxus oder gar Romantik erwarten, aber das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung, besonders für Familien. Allerdings kann es am Pool mit vielen Kindern schon einmal laut werden.
Die Anlage ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, daher könnten ein paar Bereiche mal wieder renoviert werden.
Positiv: Das freundliche Personal und die Nähe zu den wunderschönen Stränden.
