"It was cute and clean, but outdated! Very small room and didn’t like that the bed is up a narrow set of stairs! But staff were friendly and it was clean! Breakfast was good! Very convenient location next to the train station and the wall of the old town of Lucca!"

"A wonderful hotel that is close to everything.
Opposite is a lovely park, great for walks or to visit one of the many restaurants during the heat of the day. Up the road is the Villa Argentina which is definitely worth a visit and it’s a 15 minute stroll along the promenade to the port as well as being close to restaurants.
On arrival we were met with smiles and a lot of warmth. Our room was ready early, which was great, otherwise they can look after your bags.

"Breakfast had lots of variety. This location, while a bit of a walk from the train station .. the walking path was smooth. Viareggio is a great place from which to visit by train the cities of Cinque Terre. Wifi was steady.
Requested staff to review the pictures and sq ft shown on Expedia. Staff changed our room at our request when the room assigned was not the same layout as the room pictured (smaller)."
