"We booked three rooms for a family stay, with a request on booking to include one with accessible shower. On arrival, allocated rooms were readily changed to accommodate requirements. I was able to check in on arrival at 1.30pm (check in time 3pm). Reception staff were efficient and friendly. Our rooms on the third floor, which were very new, varied in size. They were spotlessly clean. Showers were excellent, with rain shower and standard fittings, and plenty of hot water with good pressure....

"Room was nice and large enough for 3, toiletries provided only body soap. We were put on the first floor near the stairs so theirs is noise from both guests and housekeepers . I hear water running from above me and movements of furnitures. My last day the housekeepers were so loud talking on the hallway and constant banging of doors that I told them to keep it down. The area around the hotel is dirty and sketchy that we make sure to go back to our hotel by 9 pm. Breakfast is good "

"Staff was great. First night was awful: AC was not working, the beds were super tough and I couldn’t sleep. I decided to move to another hotel, but the staff was kind enough to show me other rooms in the hotel to see if I would like to change rooms. They have umbrellas for rent, parking is free, there are tons of good restaurants around, and the staff is always willing to help"

I was able to check in on arrival at 1.30pm (check in time 3pm). Reception staff were efficient and friendly. Our rooms on the third floor, which were very new, varied in size. They were spotlessly clean. Showers were excellent, with rain shower and standard fittings, and plenty of hot water with good pressure. Beds were firm but very comfortable. We all slept well. Breakfast at the hotel was superb! Varied selection of hot and cold buffet items, fresh bread and pastries, hot & cold drinks machines (bean to cup coffee) and Cava! The location of the hotel was ideal for us and a short stroll to La Rambla. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel and a selection of shops/eating outlets on this street. We all thoroughly enjoyed a 3 night break here and would stay again. Would recommend!"
