Dislike: we came for ITF tennis tournament however unlike other tournaments hotel around the world, this hotel does not honor the tournament rate published on ITF website, and they cut off that tournament rate more than 2 weeks before the 1st tournament . Players book after that cut off date had no choice but have to pay a higher fee as there is no other good hotels around. This is a bit disappointing however understand this hotel is very popular."

"This property is unsafe and should be avoided. The ground floor is an unsecured, derelict construction site — anyone looking to cause trouble can walk straight in and reach any room with ease. The door locks are flimsy and could be forced open in seconds, offering little to no real protection.
The bed is unacceptable. The sheets reeked — unsurprising once we saw the state of the washing machine being used to “clean” them. I will never touch bedding like that again.

"The owner cancelled on us half an hour before check in with a Story about the place needing to be cleaned up from a party the night before. I rang him about 1 hour before check in and he struggled to find my booking then cancels soon after leaving us high and dry. I even booked 6 months in advance.
