"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. "I will say- I would recommend staying in the main hotel. However, I was first booked in a villa, and requested to change rooms. The villa was a beautiful 2 story condo-style, with a sitting area and kitchen. However, the main bedroom, which overlooks the water, did not have functioning AC. In the functioning AC room, the bathroom was overrun with drain flies. And unfortunately, staff decided to start garden maintenance outside the villa at 630am.
