"Hotel was empty when I arrived. No one to check in with. Elderly man came from the rear and said, insistently, I was in the wrong hotel and should go next door. I showed him my booking and photo of the hotel. Young man arrived and gave me a room key. The room was good, clean, nice linen, good bathroom. Asked me to pay when I was leaving and had to again show my receipt."
