"I usually do not right reviews, however this hotel was exceptional for service and checking us in at 2:00 a.m. George was at the desk in the morning and I missed the lads name at check in. They were both exceptional. We booked for one night due to late flight in Heraklion. They were both extremely friendly and helpful after busy day of traveling. Rooms were spotless. "Excellent , value-for-money hotel in the centre of Heraklion close to restaurants and food stalls .10-15 -minute walk from the waterfront .The bus to the airport passes on the other side of the road .As the hotel is on a main road it can be a little noisy but no problem with wax earplugs .The breakfasts -included in the price- were fine, and the staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful .I'd happily stay there again ."

"Good location and friendly service. So good we booked another 3 nights on our return trip to Iraklion. The only deficiency, as every other central hotel in Iraklion is parking. I booked my hire car to when we departed Iraklion and will return it the day we arrive back, that way we don;t have to finding parking. You can do without a car in Iraklion, buses and taxis are ideal."

"We stayed three nights, one longer than planned, because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Spacious and very clean and fresh appartement with a well equipped kitchenette for a reasonable price. Very pleasant and service-oriented owner who also quickly helped us with a medical problem. We had an apartment with a perfect jacuzzi. The only problem you may experience is that it is very steep up to the apartment with many steps. But then you get a wonderful view! "

Good stay
"Finding the hotel was easy and check-in went by quick. I can’t remember much about the elevator in terms of size, but I do know that my mom and I, alongside each of our carry-on bags, fit just fine. The room was clean and the beds were good. I had no problems with noise and I am a light sleeper. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to harbour and close to the main area of the city. It also close to two bus stations (one being the main bus station). The only small thing that I noticed was that the door that led to the balcony wouldn’t lock. I tried several times, but the lock just wouldn’t latch on. The area also felt safe, which was very important to us since we were two female travellers and we had to check out at around 2:00AM to catch the ferry. Even at that time of night, we didn’t feel unsafe walking around with our luggage. Overall, it was a good stay that is positioned well in the city. "
