"Our host, Simone, was so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He really made our visit seamless and special. We decided to stay an extra night and Simone was very happy to help us. I feel like we made a new friend. The room itself was comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was central to public transportation. We would definitely visit Hotel Universo again."

"The hotel is well located, at a walking distance to several museums, parks, restaurants and public transport. The room was very clean, and the receptionists very polite, friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. There's space for luggage.
The two things that could be improve:
1. The small fridge was broken, didn't have a lower shelf and didn't close well.
2. There's not enough space in the bathroom to put towels, clothes and other things.
Altogether, it's good value for the price."
