"My dissatisfaction with the accommodations were not expressed to management until I was checking out on the final day. That is because I did not have time to deal with the issues while I was there.......VACATION. Here is a short list of the problems that I encountered during my stay: cockroaches in the bathroom and bathtub; in-room phone didn't work so I could call the front desk; missing electrical faceplate in bathroom; the three lamp shades in the room were broken and dangling; refrigerator...

"Its a worn, used property that is in need of a freshen up. Its a place having a bed to sleep and a shower to use."

"I booked a premium room and there was nothing about it that was premium! The bathroom sink/counter was falling off the wall! AC unit was falling apart! Remote for TV didn't work! The safety lock was broken! Poor lighting! Bathroom door handle was messed up making it difficult to exit the bathroom! The staff that checked us in why not friendly at all! I do not recommend staying at this place!"

"No warning when booking that this hotel is under construction. They have workers working until dark, so if you need quiet or peace this is not the place. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The front desk attendant huffed and puffed when I asked for a receipt for some snacks I bought with cash. "
