"Staff was very friendly and efficient even with being so busy the night we checked in. I was wary after reading reviews about bed bugs but I found this to be completely unfounded as there were no signs in our room or common areas of this accusation. It is a bit hard to clean a hotel completely when your occupancy level is constantly high so the first night there was a bit of debris in hallways and stairs but by the next day it was clear they were cleaning as much as possible. Awesome deal for the money with a clean indoor pool!! "

"The property itself was nice with comfortable accommodations. The staff were polite and helpful. My only critiques are as follows. 1. Coffee in room had not been restocked and only had 1 pouch of decaf available 2. Interior stairwell door handle to the 3rd floor would not release easily and required manipulation to open from stairs to the floor 3. The bottle for conditioning rinse in the shower was empty"
