"Hello, As a travel agent bringing my clients and friends for an overnight stay for a wedding we were attending, it was altogether disappointing. Allow me to explain the many reasons why. We arrived on schedule and tried to check in at 3 pm, we were told there were NO rooms available. We were told we could change in the lobby bathroom. When we finally were able to check-in around 3:25, we brought all of our stuff to one room because only 1 room was available at that time. All 4 of us were...

"FRONT floor entry can be a little tricky, but the Assistance from the front staff made up for any complications endured. HAVE a little Grievance with Expedia itself, your site charged me more than the hotel gave me a receipt for, like $40.00 more. Is there a reason for this?"

"Our stay was as delightful as it possibly could have been. The location was perfect, an easy walk into town with beautiful views of the lake. The service was outstanding, and both the hotel and our room were spotless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property that made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future."
