"the hotel is located at a quiet location. breakfast can be purchased for a reasonable price. it has great choice of yoghurts, eggs, bread, fruit. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, town and bus stops. There is a large supermarket closeby and more shops and restaurants just minutes walk away. there is parking spaces in the streets around the hotel."
"The reception staff were really amazing, we were stranded late at night with no accommodation as our other holiday was cancelled, with one phone call we were given a room, the hotel was clean and everyone made us feel welcome.

"The property is ok in itself but you have to pay double the amount of tax 10 euro per night ( other better properties are 5 euro’s ) there is a bar that is never open, no place to get food after 6pm, shuttle did not exist!, awful curtesy shower offered that was the pool toilet with shower that did not work.
The kitchen staff were lovely and breakfast had a lot of options. But overall the property needs proper management."
"Sehr saubere Suite mit hilfteichem und nettem Sevice.
Die Mitarbeiter waren rund um die Uhr ansprechbar und zur Stelle. Die Reinigungskrägte haben regelmäßig Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt.
Der private Pool war sehr schön und für den Preis echt super. Man teilt sich diesen zwar, jedoch war er zu unserer Zeit ziemlich leer.

"Se siete giovani e cercate semplicemente un posto economico dove dormire, vi consiglio comunque di evitare questo hotel.
La nostra esperienza è stata molto negativa sotto diversi aspetti.
L’episodio più grave riguarda il comportamento dei proprietari. A seguito di un malinteso sul cibo, dopo che un membro dello staff ci aveva detto che potevamo consumarlo sul balcone, quando successivamente abbiamo cercato di portarlo in spiaggia il proprietario ha iniziato ad alzare la voce e ha persino dato...
"The rooms were clean for the most part, and the front desk staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill toward the end of our stay. The shower began leaking and needed to be repaired, and we were told we could not take a shower until after 5:00 PM that day. The owner did extend our checkout time because of the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
That said, the location was probably the biggest disappointment. The property looks much nicer online than...
"Highs Clean room good breakfast kind staff good pool.Lows and bandwidth and aircraft noise you are approx 400 m from the landing runway and they fly in all night sometimes WIFI think camo site (bring your own) Maintenance is a little rough around the edges but it’s ok. Great for a jump off or a layover buses every 20 mins from the airport take cards and cash.

"Hotel is far away from bars and restaurants so would need quad bike or motorbike. But could always get a sunbed! But they could do with replacing! Oh and if u want aircon u have to pay! There internet is good and bar isn’t the cheapest in faliraki!"

Big relaxing pool area.
